Contact-free personnel protection system PSS i-BOR 17
Based on the standard DIN EN 16252:2013-03, the EU Machinery Directive demands the use of contact-free personnel protection system for underfloor feeding conveyors without safety guard.
Press and shredder operators unknowingly expose themselves to danger every day. For example in situations in which a person is no longer capable of movement.
PSS i-BOR 17 is based on RFID technology and meets the requirements of this DIN standard with respect to personnel protection. In the event of a safety-related incident, it automatically triggers an emergency shut-down of the equipment it is monitoring.
- Europe-wide type approval no. E 7148 according to DIN EN 61496-1 and DIN EN ISO 13849-1 and meets the requirements of professional associations (DGUV / BGHW / SUVA…)!
- Thanks to the innovative concept, the PSS fullfils the performance level „d“! The system complies with the industry standard 4.0! Plug & Play, the PSS can easily be installed by the electrician on site and put into operation by the technician of a regional sales office!

The VD 1100 is the new shredder-granulator combination specially designed for shredding input material including lumpy, chunky or bulky material and cork, but also big volume containers such as IBCs, bottles, barrels, canisters and cisterns. The VD 1100 performs two shredding steps (pre-shredding and milling) in one machine – from bulk to granulate with a single machine.

Vecoplan V-ECO 1700
The V-ECO 1700 is the new, innovative shredder from VECOPLAN, which can be flexibly integrated into existing systems and is adapted to the most diverse applications and requirements.
The V-ECO 1700 has several new features:
The high performance cutting rotor with optimized tool geometries, all 4 sides to apply, is characterized by homogeneous grain structure, maximum throughput and reduced heat build-up for an energy-saving shredding process. The machine is maintenance-, repair- and user-friendly.
