Fully automatic channel bale presses

Fully-automatic channel bale presses are available in the following versions:

  • Cutting edge presses, single or double flap pre-compressor presses
  • Pressing force 16 to 225 tonnes depending on the press type
  • Bale size 600 x 720 to 1,100 x 1,100 mm
  • Bond fully automatic with steel or plastic wire
  • For the processing of paper, cardboard, waste, plastics, mixed building waste, car tyres, waste wood

The new generation of PÖTTINGER presscontainers is characterized by a sophisticated design and optimized, tried and tested technology. The MULTIPRESS has been redesigned in the direction of ergonomic operation, function and stability. The newly developed press geometry not only increases the competitiveness of our customers, but also protects the environment. A transport cost savings of up to 20% compared to conventional press containers is achieved. Operational safety and serviceability are further important aspects. The pressing technique is characterized by efficiency, high compression and longevity. Convincing features of the MULTIPRESS containers are also the standard built-in soft run pumps. The sound level of the machine is below 59 dBA.

When there is only little space available and for the use with skip vehicles. Due to the container volumes from 8 to 12 m³ and the width of 2m, the MULTIPRESS 1.0 suits to narrow surrounding areas. The press technology contains all advantages of the big brother and characterizes due to its efficiency, high compaction ratio and durability.

MULTIPRESS ECO

Stationary waste press with own hydraulic made of a steel-, welded construction for a continuous loading. The horizontal working, smooth-running press piston is guided sideways right/left and centrically through maintenance-free steel rails (110 mm). Canting and tilting of the press piston is not possible. The press piston is 3-sided expanding.

So können alle Abläufe für den Containerpool Ihres Unternehmens gesteuert werden von der Entleerung bis zur Wartung, egal ob vom Büro oder von unterwegs.

Screw compactors

Screw compactors can be used for compressing paper, cardboard, film, PET and also disposable pallets as well as wood. The pre-crushing of the material results in a high compression performance. Due to the inclined position of the compression channel, an optimum compression into the container takes place.

Garbage, container and semi-automatic vertical presses

Semi-automatic vertical presses are available in the following versions:

  • Container presses for standard containers
  • Can and barrel presses, pressing force 7 to 30 tonnes
  • As single or multi-chamber presses for cardboard, foils, PET beverage bottles etc. pressing force 10 to 50 tonnes
  • Optional with automatic material supply and removal

Semi-automatic horizontal presses

Semi-automatic horizontal presses are available in the following versions:

  • Channel bale presses with counter-pressure or backpressure channel for continuous operation pressing force 10 to 53 tonnes
  • With end cap or filling funnel
  • Optional with material feed via dumper truck
  • Horizontal can press, pressing force up to 80 tonnes
